Barry Divine (CPA, ABV) joined DS&B in 1975 and is a leading authority on the tax code. His thorough knowledge of the tax code, along with his thoughtful and sensitive approach to business, allows Barry to render highly regarded and reliable interpretations for any DS&B client.

A recognized leader in the accounting and tax industry, he is often asked to present to peers and business leaders regarding the impact of tax code changes to both businesses and individuals. Barry also has outstanding achievements in matters of client litigation support. As both as a consulting expert and as an expert witness, he is widely respected in the Twin Cities business community. He also is a leading expert on business valuations, and commercial damages and has completed rigorous education to earn his Business Valuation designation from the AICPA.
