DS&B Certified Public Accountants, Consultants & Advisors has served the financial interests of clients since Arnold Divine founded the firm in 1950. The firm has enjoyed steady client growth, especially in business services, franchises, healthcare practices and manufacturing.

In August 1994, DS&B merged with the firm of Segal & Wayne resulting in the addition of two principals and a significant increase in medical practice expertise. In 2000, the firm joined with James R. Delamater & Associates to form DS&B Financial Services, LLC. The focus of DS&B Financial Services is to provide its diverse clientele with customized business, estate and retirement planning services, as well as quality investment and insurance products. In February 2008, DS&B joined forces with Freeman, Wehmhoff & Gatlin PLLC, again resulting in the addition of two principals, thus increasing our ability to help businesses and individuals better manage and leverage their finances through sophisticated tax planning.

Today, DS&B Certified Public Accountants, Consultants & Advisors has grown to nearly 40 professionals providing expert relevant accounting, auditing, tax, consulting and advisory services to help clients create, grow and preserve wealth. Our clientele also has grown to be quite diverse, covering a variety of industries with emphasis in manufacturing, distribution, retail and healthcare.
