As a key member of DS&B's audit department, Clint Seehusen (CPA)
provides clients with the unique ability to identify financial dangers,
weigh their relative impact and ultimately guide them through their
complex financial situations. With more than 14 years of experience
in the financial industry, he has been exposed to a vast variety of
clients ranging from owner/operators to privately and publicly held
$100 million plus corporations with complex structures.
Armed with this vast experience and a personality that is strong in analytical
and strategic thinking, Clint prides himself in being able to sort through the
clutter and see patterns and connections where others simply see complexity.
Although he has many years of experience servicing publicly traded businesses,
he is currently focused on serving privately held mid-sized manufacturing companies.
As financial reporting rules and regulations continue to expand and become more complex,
Clint has taken on the responsibility of maintaining the high quality of financial
reporting for which DS&B, Ltd. is known.
Clint joined DS&B in 1997 after working as an accountant for a regional-based
cooperative. He received a B.A. in accounting from the University of Northern Iowa.
Clint is a member in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the
Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants. Aside from work, he is active on
several St. Jude committees and is an active member of Christ the King Lutheran Church.
Clint resides in New Brighton, MN and is a family man currently raising three
energetic children. Two unique facts about Clint are: he achieved the rank of
Eagle Scout while growing up and enjoys fishing bass tournaments.
