Clint Seehusen

As an audit manager for DS&B, Clint Seehusen (CPA) provides clients with the unique ability to identify financial dangers, weigh their relative impact and ultimately guide them through their complex financial situations. With more than 11 years of experience in the financial industry, he has been exposed to a vast variety of clients ranging from owner/operators to privately and publicly held $100 million plus corporations with complex structures.

Armed with this vast experience and a personality that is strong in analytical and strategic thinking, Clint prides himself in being able to sort through the clutter and see patterns and connections where others simply see complexity. His specialty is publicly traded businesses. He stays current with Sarbanes Oxley, the PCAOB, SEC regulations and complex GAAP issues. This has made Clint a leading authority responsible for helping maintain the high quality of financial reporting for which DS&B is known.

Client joined DS&B in 1996 after working as an accountant for a regional-based cooperative. He received a B.A. in accounting from the University of Northern Iowa. Clint is active in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants and RMA. Aside from work, he is an active member of Christ the King Lutheran Church.

Clint resides in New Brighton, MN and is a family man currently raising three children under the age of four. Two unique facts about Clint are: he achieved the rank of Eagle Scout while growing up and enjoys fishing bass tournaments.
