As a principal of DS&B, Nate Wayne (CPA) is a foremost expert in healthcare consulting, with more than 27 years of healthcare consulting experience. He is the partner in charge of DS&B's extensive Healthcare Practice.

Nate's vast industry knowledge and experience in addressing a broad range of healthcare management challenges during the past two decades make him a valuable and popular advisor to a large number of medical practices in the Twin Cities.

Nate possesses expertise in both hospital and physician practice consulting. He is skilled in contract analysis and negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, business opportunity analysis and physician compensation plan design.

He joined DS&B in 1994. Nate has a B.S. from the University of Minnesota and a M.S. from St. Cloud State University. He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants.

In his spare time, Nate enjoys sports and music. He resides in Golden Valley with his wife Linda.
