Jen Verly (CPA) provides in-depth tax and accounting guidance to privately held businesses and their owners. As a leader of the firm and tax department, Jen is highly regarded by her clients in her diligence to work on their unique situations, and help them understand how to use that information to make good decisions. Her favorite part of being a close business advisor to her clients is seeing what matters most to them impacted positively, such as the success of their business as well as the enrichment of their employees, families and community.
“My goal is to continually be the kind of approachable, easy to work with CPA that clients feel open to calling and asking me their questions,” says Jen. “I like to work through it with them and explain complex tax or business issues to my clients in plain English, so they can understand their situation.”
Jen works with clients in a variety of industries including commercial real estate, grocery, retail, restaurants, and professional services. She also specializes in consulting with highly compensated individuals including tax planning, stock options, and passive investments.
Jen is a Twin Cities native who grew up and currently resides in Lakeville. In her free time, Jen has a passion for weekend road trips (and vacations) to explore the wineries of Minnesota, Wisconsin and California, and to apply her creative culinary skills by inventing new desserts.
