DS&B is deeply connected in the Twin Cities business and medical community – serving the financial interests of its clients since Arnold Divine founded the firm in 1950.

A growing reputation

The firm has enjoyed steady client growth and long-term client success over the years. Many of our closely-held private and family business clients have been with DS&B for multiple generations. We partner with a diverse set of clients; especially gaining expertise in business services, health care, manufacturing, food service, franchises, retail, wholesale, distribution and construction industries.

New partners, enhanced capabilities

While growth for any company is important, DS&B has always maintained the highest standards for adding the best certified public accountants, consultants and advisors to partner with its clients. In 1994, the firm merged with Segal & Wayne - resulting in the addition of two principals and a significant increase in medical practice expertise.

In 2000, the firm joined with James R. Delamater & Associates to form DS&B Financial Services – adding customized business, estate and retirement planning services, as well as quality investment and insurance advice. And in 2008, DS&B joined forces with Freeman, Wehmhoff & Gatlin – adding principals whose expertise in finance and tax planning has complemented the full-service capabilities of DS&B to create, grow and preserve client wealth.

Today, DS&B is a full-service accounting and advisory firm that employs a group of about 50 talented professionals. We are dedicated to uncompromising client service, actively engaged to achieve your organizational goals, and led by partners who are deeply committed to building a trusted relationship.
